SpaceMint Clean: Privacy Policy & End-User License Agreement
Effective Date: June 2026
SECTION I: PRIVACY POLICY
SpaceMint Clean is engineered to provide surgical-grade file hygiene while maintaining an absolute firewall between your personal life and our servers.
Edge-Compute Logic and Permissions
SpaceMint Clean provides a singular, high-performance utility: scanning for obsolete APK files, residual application data, and temporary system caches.
The Access Requirement: To function, SpaceMint Clean requires the "All Files Access" permission.
Localized Execution: Every scan, analysis, and identification sequence is performed exclusively on your physical device. We do not possess the technical infrastructure to upload, mirror, or inspect your file names, folder structures, or document contents to any external server. Your storage remains an isolated environment.
Technical Ecosystem and Third-Party Integration
While your personal files never leave your device, SpaceMint Clean utilizes standardized third-party frameworks to ensure software stability and evaluate marketing reach.
Firebase (Google): Employed for real-time crash diagnostics. If the app encounters a fault, a pseudonymized technical log (device model, OS version, and failure stack trace) is generated to help us rectify the bug.
Attribution & Analytics (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer): These platforms identify the digital origin of an installation. They process technical identifiers such as your Advertising ID (GAID or IDFA).
Operational Boundary: These third parties are contractually restricted from accessing your storage or associating technical telemetry with your biological identity.
Legal Foundations for Data Handling
Our minimal processing of technical identifiers is justified under the following legal pillars:
Contractual Necessity: Local processing of your file system is required to deliver the optimization services you have initiated.
Legitimate Interests: We utilize pseudonymized technical signals to secure the app, troubleshoot errors, and evaluate our commercial distribution.
Your Rights and Data Sovereignty
We recognize your absolute authority over your digital presence. Regardless of your jurisdiction, you are entitled to the following:
Right of Access: You may request access to the personal data we hold. Since your files are local, you have direct access via the app; for technical telemetry logs held by partners, you may contact our DPO.
Right to Rectification: You may demand the correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal/technical data we or our partners possess.
Right to Know (Sharing & Selling): You have the right to know if your data is shared or sold. SpaceMint Clean does not, and will never, sell your personal or technical data. Sharing is strictly limited to the technical partners listed in Section 2 for operational health.
Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can request the total deletion of your data. Uninstalling SpaceMint Clean immediately purges all local scan history. For technical partner logs, our DPO can facilitate a deletion request.
Right to Lodge a Complaint: You are explicitly entitled to contact a regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in your jurisdiction if you believe our data handling violates your rights.
Retention and Disposal Protocols
Local Scan Metadata: This data is ephemeral. It exists in your device’s volatile memory only during an active scan and is purged the moment the application is closed.
Technical Telemetry: Non-identifiable data held by third-party partners is retained for the minimum period required for aggregate performance reporting—typically 12 to 24 months—before being purged or fully anonymized.
Choice and Opt-Out Mechanisms
We provide you with the following tools to manage your digital footprint:
Blocking Data Sale/Sharing: While we do not "sell" data, you can prevent technical sharing by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) within your system settings.
Permission Revocation: You may revoke storage access at any time through your device settings, which will instantly terminate all application functionality.
Governance and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We have appointed a DPO to monitor our privacy compliance and handle your requests.
DPO Name: Xavier Sterling

SECTION II: END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Grant of License
SpaceMint Clean grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software on a single device for your personal, non-commercial maintenance, subject to your compliance with these terms.
User Restrictions
By utilizing SpaceMint Clean, you agree not to:
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the scanning logic.
Use the app to intentionally interfere with system-critical files required for device stability.
Modify, redistribute, or commercially exploit the software in any form.
Intellectual Property
The SpaceMint Clean name, branding, user interface, and proprietary cleaning algorithms remain the exclusive property of the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to the user under this license.
Disclaimer of Warranty
SpaceMint Clean is provided "AS IS." While we strive for absolute precision, we do not warrant that the application will identify every redundant file or remain entirely free from technical errors. You are responsible for reviewing items flagged for removal before confirming deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceMint Clean and its creators shall not be liable for any accidental loss of data, performance issues, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated by you (via uninstallation) or by us. We reserve the right to revoke your license immediately if you violate any terms of this EULA.
